Modded Device Disclaimer

Our consoles are modified to run homebrew software, apps, and emulators. Please read before buying:

• PlayModly is an independent seller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Sony or any console manufacturer. All brand names are used only to describe the product.
• Modding a console may void the original manufacturer's warranty. Our own warranty (above) replaces it.
• Our consoles do not come with copyrighted games pre-installed. Customers are responsible for making sure any games or files they use are legally owned and allowed in their country.
• Online services from the manufacturer (such as official online stores or networks) may not work on modded devices.
